*Provo, Utah, USA, 23. März 1916. Während des Zweiten Weltkrieges war er als Militär-Kapellmeister tätig, danach unterrichtete er am Konservatorium in Los Angeles. Als freischaffender Komponist, Arrangeur und Pianist arbeitete er u. a. bei der Tennessee Ernie Ford Television Show, gehörte 1956 bis 1959 dem Fernsehorchester des Columbia Broadcasting Systems an und bot Kurse am San Fernando Valley State College sowie am Los Angeles City College an.
