Chump Change Quincy Jones / Arr. Gert D. Buitenhuis

Quincy Jones acquired his reputation by having his orchestra accompany major solo performers such as Frank Sinatra and Peggy Lee. He began as a trumpet player with Lionel Hampton and Dizzy Gillespie, after which he became a programme maker with Mercury. Many of his compositions were world hits. One of the best known is Chump Change, certainly in the Netherlands, where it has been the opening/ closing tune of the daily sports programme ''Langs de Lijn'' for years.
