The piece was written in August 2016, and is based on 3 Slovenian folk songs. The author has turned his attention to the themes of his youth, felt in the village festivals during his childhood. The third theme "Marko Skace" is one of the most used themes in childhood songs. The piece is dedicated to the memory of Federico Ciacchi, a childhood friend of the author, who died prematurely in November 2015. The revision of the piece was edited in 2018 for the performance of the piece in the music field "Orkesterkamp" of Bovec (Slo).
