Places, USA Jack Bullock

Crisscross the country in this musical salute to the cities, states and regions of the United States.
Through the years, composers have honores their favorite locales with songs that have become immortal as well as very meaningful to the inhabitants of each area. Some are slow songs and some are fast... some are tender and gentle songs and some are spirited and cheerful. They all have a particular feeling, a special meaning for each area.
In this arrangement, you'll be able to follow the "highway" across the U.S.A. by naming the title of each song, from New York City to Hollywood, California... a panorama of our wonderful country.
Make your audience a part of the fun! Photocopy the enclosed "Name that Place Sheet" and let the audience attemp to "fill in the blanks" To get everybody started, we've supplied the first (and last) title... but from that point on, everyone is on their own. An answer sheet is also enclose.
