Exl Engelbert Manfred geb. in Wien, 30. Januar 1952. Exl absolvierte die Ausbildung im Fach Oboe an der Musikhochschulein Wien; Diplom 1973, Sponsion 1986. Seit 1974 ist er als Musikpädagoge an der Städtischen Musikschule in Mistelbach, Niederösterreich, tätig,wo er seit 1975 auch den Musikverein dirigiert.
