Ulises Hermosa ( Villa Capinota , Cochabamba , February 22 , 1954 - Houston , United States , April 3 , 1992 ), was a Bolivian singer and musician . He was the brother of the singers Elmer Hermosa and Gonzalo Hermosa González was part of the folkloric group Los Kjarkas , of which he was the composer of the most acclaimed and famous songs. Together with his brother, Gonzalo, he was the creator of the song " Llorando se fue ", which became world famous in 1989 when it was adapted .(without authorization and without paying royalties) to the rhythm of the lambada by the Franco-Brazilian group Kaoma .
