Quirino Fidelino Mendoza y Cortés (Tulyehualco, Xochimilco, May 10, 1862-Mexico City, November 9, 1957) was a Mexican musician and composer, author of the traditional huapango "Cielito lindo" and the polka "Jesusita en Chihuahua". He learned from the great master of music, Everardo Ibarra Rodríguez.
