Natale Arnoldi composer
Natale Arnoldi graduated in clarinet under the guidance of Giuseppe Tassis at the G. Donizetti Music Institute in Bergamo; for his high marks, he was awarded the Baronessa Maria Scotti Perego prize.
He then went on to graduate with honours in composition at the same institute under the guidance of Vittorio Fellegara.
He has performed in concerts as a soloist and as a member of chamber ensembles, playing in important Italian and foreign cities and music centres, including Pisa, Lanciano, Gioventù Musicale di Varese, Gioventù Musicale di Chioggia, Filarmonico di Verona, Accademia Filarmonica di Bologna, Teatro Manoel in Malta, Wurzbourg, etc., often performing premieres of works by Italian composers. As a composer, he has written numerous chamber, symphonic and sacred pieces, performed in concerts and specialised festivals in Italy and abroad, often under the patronage of the S.I.M.C.
His Dies Irae was premiered in Moldova by the Moldovan National Orchestra; in May 2003, one of his compositions was performed at the Simn 2003 contemporary music festival in Bucharest.
His compositions have been reviewed with praise by various music magazines such as SUONARE NEWS, Guit Art, etc., and published by BERBEN and SINFONICA.
