Francisco Javier Artés Arlandis (Valencia, 1990) known as Javier Artés is a Valencian conductor and composer.
At the age of 19, Artés began studying conducting technique and orchestral analysis with Salvador Sebastiá in the conducting courses held at the Sociedad Musical Instructiva "Santa Cecilia" of Cullera, where he became the winner of the XXVIII Curso-Concurso Internacional de Dirección de orquesta "Ciudad de Cullera", given by the Argentinian conductor Andrés Tolcachir together with the symphonic orchestra of the said musical society. For this reason, he was invited to conduct the symphonic band of the aforementioned Sociedad Musical Instructiva "Santa Cecilia" of Cullera as part of the Winter Concert Series organised by the City Council of Cullera.
