Leidzén Erik W(illiam) G(ustav) (Pseud. George Stebbins)
geboren in Stockholm, 25. März 1894, +New York, 20. Dezember 1962. Er absolvierte das Königliche Konservatorium in Stockholm und kam 1915 in die USA. In New York wurde er Leiter der Heilsarmee Kapelle und der Verwaltung, er schrieb dafür zahlreiche Vokal und Instrumentalwerke. Später arrangierte er für die Goldman Band und unterrichtete an verschiedenen Schulen. 1950 erschien sein Buch "An Invitation to Band Arranging".
