Dario Bortolato composer / arranger

Originally from the province of Varese, Bortolato has studied privately harmony, counterpoint, and wind band instrumentation. He played percussion for several years with Dixieland and swing music ensembles, as well as in numerous wind bands. To date, he has written many arrangements and compositions for wind ensemble, ranging from pop, film music, jazz, and traditional music, until the recent works published by Scomegna Edizioni Musicali.
