Alan Stein composer

Alan Stein is an American composer.

Dr. Stein received his D.M.A. from the University of Illinois and is a prolific composer and arranger. His Snow Day Celebration, written for middle/high school band, continues to be a best-selling holiday work for Alfred Music Publishing.

Stein taught music theory/composition/conducting at the University of Richmond prior to commencing a long career in the theme park and cruise ship industry. Alan lives in Aurora, Colorado.
