The American soul music group Earth, Wind and Fire, set up in 1970 by singer and drummer Maurice Whitney, started a real international career from 1975 onwards. Especially the brass players were focused at the spectacular shows which brought a fusion of jazz and funk music. Manfred Schneider made a thrilling arrangement for symphonic band using the success songs Fantasy, I'll Write A Song For You and Boogie Wonderland.

Le groupe de soul music américain Earth, Wind and Fire, fondé en 1970 par le chanteur et percussionniste Maurice White, fait une carrière internationale à partir de 1975. Le groupe est remarquable pour sa section de cuivres et ses shows très spectaculaires réalisent une fusion entre le jazz et le funk. Manfred Schneider a composé cette petite anthologie pour orchestre d'harmonie comprenant les succès Fantasy, I'll Write A Song For You et Boogie Wonderland.

Vooral de koperblazers vielen op bij de spectaculaire shows die een fusie van jazz en funk brachten. Manfred Schneider maakte een leuk arrangement voor harmonieorkest waarin hij de succes-songs Fantasy, I'll Write A Song For You en Boogie Wonderland verwerkte.
