The Flemish composer and arranger Marcel Peeters has certainly influenced the wind band repertoire of the last decade. With his usual talent he arranged some fine cartoon melodies into a relaxing medley. You don't even have to know or recognise the cartoons but you still know you are listening to cartoon soundtracks. The orchestration is really suggesting and varied. This music turns you into a youngster again.

De vlaamse arrangeur en componist Marcel Peeters heeft het repertoire van het laatste decenium ongetwijfeld beïnvloed. Met zijn gebruikelijke talen bewrkte hij enkele leuke tekenfilmmelodieën tot een ontspannende medley. Je hoeft de bedoelde tekenfilms niet eens te kennen, maar je meent telkens wel iets te herkennen en de orchestratie is echt suggestief en afwisselend; zo krijg je een mars, een wals, een foxtrot en opnieuw een leike mars met tempowisselingen. Muziek waar je weer jong van wordt.
