Cette composition débute de façon assez majestueuse par l'orchestre au complet. Puis, il y a un choral joué principalement par les bois, accompagnés de quelques bribes jouées par les cuivres. Le thème du début est repris et il mène vers le final. Voici une petite pièce plutôt courte, mais avec un puissant air de fête

Dit werk begint zeer majestueus voor het complete orkest waarna er een koraalachtig gedeelte komt waar voornamelijk het warme hout aan bod komt aangevuld met wat flarden van signalen van de koperblazers. Hierna volgt weer het beginthema met een mooie opbouw naar het slot. Een kort maar krachtig feestelijk werkje.
