Taking its title and source material from the hymn tune, Melita (known liturgically as Eternal Father), a tune traditionally played in honor of those who have served on the high seas, this stirring and respectful version is simply beautiful. This arrangement, performed by the United States Marine Band by request of the Kennedy family, at President Kennedy's gravesite, is a work of quiet dignity. It is a meaningful addition to any concert program.
