Little Snakes (In the Lighthouse) Thomas C. Duffy
From the composer who brought us Snakes!, here is another opportunity for young musicians to become "snake-charmers." Glass bottles lightly tapped with pencils make the sound of a gentle rain. Seagull sounds made with clarinet mouthpieces paint the picture of a lighthouse at the shore. What happens when little snakes get loose? Trombone smears, of course! Everyone has fun with this exotic sounding work.
