As you find salt and pepper on each restaurant table, we advise conductors and technical commissions to program 'Salt and Pepper'. Both ingredients are necessary for both a good meal and a good concert. Musicians and listeners alike will certainly enjoy it very much.

Mit einer gewissen Anspielung auf 'Choral and Rock out' von Ted Huggens, schrieb Patrick Millstone 'Salt und Pepper' (Salz und Pfeffer). Auf jedem Restauranttisch findet man Salz- und Pfefferfäschen und eben so empfehlen wir den Dirigenten Salt and Pepper' in Ihr Konzertprogramm aufzunehmen. Beide Zutaten braucht man sowohl für die Mahlzeit als für das Konzert. Den Zuhörern und den Musikern werd es bestimmt viel Spaß machen.
