"Mitt lille land" (My small country), written by the Norwegian singer/songwriter Ole Paus was released in 1994 on the album of the same name. The song has been described as a lyrical description of Norway and the Norwegian people.
Several other artists have made their own performances of this song, but this arrangement is based on the original Ole Paus version.

Although the piece is released with a two-part harmony vocal part it is well suited to be played instrumentally. Use it accompanied by class or School Choir. Thin out the melody in the band if necessary.

Sangen har blitt omtalt som en lyrisk beskrivelse av Norge. I den senere tid er "Mitt lille land" fremført av en rekke andre artister og har også blitt omtalt som en slags ny nasjonalhymne og samtidig blitt sett på på et symbol på samholdet i Norge.
Dette arrangementetr er basert på Ole Paus' originalversjon.
