This concerto follows the pattern of the Italian overture in three movements, allegro moderato allegro. The opening Allegro moderato, in ternary form, is built on the melody of "Adieu, fillette de Bayonne"; the central movement, Mesto, develops a set of variations on the melody of "Lurraren pian sar nindaiteke"; the Presto concludes the work in a cheerful and burlesque rondo. Ce concerto suit le schéma de l'ouverture à l'italienne en trois mouvements, vif-lent-vif. L'Allegro moderato initial, de forme ternaire, est bâti sur la mélodie de « Adieu, fillette de Bayonne » ; le mouvement central, Mesto, développe un ensemble de variations sur la mélodie de « Lurraren pian sar nindaiteke » ; le Presto conclut l'uvre dans un rondo joyeux et burlesque.
