The series Fingerstyle: pop, rock, jazz and Latin for Guitar offers original pieces and arrangements for one or two guitars. In standard notation with extensive fingering and accurate stylistic notes, these volumes should inspire pleasure and passion in new music for guitar. Christian Radovan is a trombonist and composer from Vienna. His piece Open Ocean Waves' is Latin Jazz at its best, based on South American rhythms in 6/8 and 3/4 and firmly rooted in jazz harmony. Christian wrote this piece originally for his band and then rearranged it for the guitar duo Guitar & Passion. It was arranged for guitar by Michael Langer.
