The composition Ritual of Light describes the different variations of light. The sun in the clear blue sky, backlit swirling snowflakes, countless reflections in waterfalls, beside the darkness of caves and caverns, the shadow side of the northern mountain ranges, the eternal dance between light and shadow. This large chorale consists of various passages for solo instruments as well as massive tutti sections.

La composition Ritual of Light dépeint les variations diverses de la lumière. Le soleil dans un ciel très bleu, les cristaux de neige tourbillonnants à contrejour, les reflets innombrables dans les cascades, et d'outre part le noir des caveaux et crevasses, le versant ombragé des montagnes, un jeu éternel de lumière et d'ombre. Ce choral grandiose comprend des passages solos pour instruments divers, tout comme des parties tutti massives.

De compositie Ritual of Light beschrijft de verschillende variaties van het licht. De zon aan een strakblauwe hemel, wervelende sneeuwkristallen in tegenlicht, ontelbare weerspiegelingen in watervallen, daarnaast het donker van holen en spleten, de schaduwzijde van noordelijke bergflanken, een eeuwig spel van licht en schaduw. Dit groots opgezette koraal bestaat uit zowel solopassages voor verschillende instrumenten als massieve tutti gedeeltes.
