Den Auftrag zu diesem Konzertwalzer erhielt der am 18 November 2008 verstorbene Manfred Schneider im Sommer von 2007 vom Ortsbürgermeister seiner Heimatgemeinde Kestert, in der Nähe der Loreley. Das Werk beschreibt die Romantik dieses etwa 60 km langen Mittelrheintals und auch die Gefahren in der Nähe des weltberühmten Loreleyfelsens. Dieser klassische Walzer ist besonders gur für Ihr nächstes Neujahrskonzert geeignet.

The concert waltz Das Romantische Mittelrheintal' (the romantic Middle Rhine valley) was composed by Manfred Schneider (who passed away on 18 November 2008) at the request of the mayor of his dwelling-place Kestert, in the neighbourhood of the famous Loreley cliff alongside the Rhine. The composition describes both the romantic atmosphere of this 60 kilometres long valley of the Middle Rhine as the dangers for the navigation in the neighbourhood of the world famous Loreley cliff. This classical waltz is extremely well suited for your next New Year's concert.

C'est à la demande du maire de sa ville natale de Kestert, proche du rocher « Lorelei », que le compositeur allemand Manfred Schneider (décédé le 18 novembre 2008) a composé la valse de concert Das Romantische Mittelrheintal' (La romantique vallée du Rhin) au cours de l'été 2007. L'uvre évoque l'aspect romantique de cette vallée longue d'environ 60 kilomètres, tout comme les dangers pour la navigation aux alentours de ce rocher légendaire et mondialement connu. De concertwals Das Romantische Mittelrheintal' werd door Manfred Schneider (overleden op 18 november 2008) in de zomer van 2007 gecomponeerd in opdracht van de burgermeester van zijn woonplaats Kestert, in de buurt van de Loreley rots langs de Rijn. Het werk beschrijft zowel de romantiek van dit zowat 60 km lange dal van de Middenrijn als de gevaren voor de scheepvaart in de buurt van de wereldberoemde Lorleyrots. Deze klassieke wals is uitermate geschikt voor uw nieuwjaarsconcert.
