The Winter's Tale - Four Vignettes Lars Erik Larsson / Arr. Jerker Johansson

The incidental music for William Shakespeare's "The Winter's Tale" was composed for a radio theatre production in 1938. Larsson later chose four of the 22 musical contributions to be included in a suite titled "Four Vignettes for Shakespeare's play 'The Winter's Tale'." The suite contains mood-shaping parts, dance-like sections, as well as the final movement titled "Epilogue," one of Lars-Erik Larsson's most beloved compositions.
