This piece is not difficult, yet it has some very exciting sections. This would include the opening fanfare, a fugal section and a gallant ending.

Le morceau n'est pas difficile, mais comporte tout de même quelques sections entraînantes. On y retrouve la fanfare d'ouverture, une section fuguée et une fin galante.

Centurion is gedurfd en uitbundig en zou een prachtige aanvulling zijn op uw concert. De fanfare-achtige aard van dit stuk zal beelden oproepen van de centurion die de strijd tegemoet marcheert. Het stuk is niet moeilijk, maar heeft toch een aantal opzwepende delen. Zo is er de openingsfanfare, een fugatisch gedeelte en een galant einde.
