Alice in Wonderland is a programmatic work based on the story Alice's Adventures in Wonderland' by English author Lewis Carroll. This piece would go especially well with a children's concert using the optional narrator part. Alice has her own lyrical motif in this work. Other motifs include, The Queen(Dies Irae), The White Rabbit, The Caterpillar, and the trial(Beethoven's 5th). This piece should be fun and rewarding for the band as well as the audience!

Il s'agit d'un travail programmatique basé sur l'histoire 'Alice au pays des merveilles' de l'auteur anglais Lewis Carroll. Cette pièce serait particulièrement adaptée dans un concert pour enfants en ajoutant un rôle du narrateur. Alice a son propre motif lyrique dans cette uvre. Parmi les autres motifs figurent la reine (Dies Irae), le lapin blanc, la chenille et l'épreuve (5e de Beethoven). Cette pièce est amusante et intéressante, tant pour l'orchestre que pour le public !

Dit is een programmatisch werk gebaseerd op het verhaal Alice in Wonderland' van de Engelse auteur Lewis Carroll. Dit stuk zou bijzonder goed passen bij een kinderconcert, waarbij gebruik gemaakt kan worden van de vertellersrol. Alice heeft haar eigen lyrisch motief in dit werk. Andere motieven zijn o.a. de Koningin (Dies Irae), het Witte Konijn, de Rups, en de test (Beethoven's 5de). Dit stuk is leuk en de moeite waard, zowel voor het orkest als het publiek!
