Karl Jenkins' vibrant Gloria is a large-scale festival piece commissioned by the Really Big Chorus for performance at London's Royal Albert Hall in July 2010. Cast in four movements, it sets the traditional Latin text Gloria in excelsis Deo' and incorporates a setting of Psalm 150 in alternative Latin and Hebrew texts. Gloria follows Te Deum, Stabat Mater and Requiem, from the composer of Adiemus and The Armed Man: A Mass for Peace. This edition features a fully realised keyboard reduction for rehearsal purposes.

Le Gloria vibrant d'énergie de Karl Jenkins est une musique festive d'envergure, commissionnée par le Really Big Chorus, dont la première a eu lieu en juillet 2010 au Royal Albert Hall de Londres. L'uvre, en quatre mouvements, met en musique le texte latin traditionnel du "Gloria in excelsis Deo". Elle y intègre le Psaume 150, lequel comporte alternativement textes latins et textes hébreux. Ce Gloria fait suite aux Te Deum, Stabat Mater et Requiem, tous de la plume du compositeur d'Adiemus et de The Armed Man : A Mass for Peace. L'édition présente est un piano-chant complet de l'uvre, destiné aux répétitions.
