Josef Hastreiter avait déjà tiré l'attention avec sa composition disco 'Dancing Show'. Dans cet hommage au chanteur adulé Michael Jackson, il utilise les chansons 'Don't stop till you get enough', 'Liberian Girl', 'Bad' et, bien sûr, le grand tube 'Heal the World'.
