Fortis et Liber (Strong and Free) was composed in 2012 on commission from the Swedish Armed Forces and dedicated to The Special Operations Task Group.
Jerker has written three marches in the past; Western Winds, Reach for the Sky and High Spirits. Fortis et Liber is his fourth march.
Like the previous three, this one is also written in a traditional style with no deeper meaning than writing a march full of joy and spirit!

[NO]Fortis et Liber (Strong and Free) komponerades 2012 på uppdrag av Sveriges försvarsmakt och är tillägnad Särskilda operationsgruppen (SOG). Tidigare har Jerker skrivit tre marscher: Västliga vindar, Reach for the Sky, High Spirits och detta är hans fjärde. Liksom de tidigare är den tämligen traditionellt skriven har som enda syfte att göra folk på gott humör!.
