Infernal Dance and Finale from "The Firebird" Igor Strawinsky (Stravinsky) / Arr. Andrew Balent

[EN]This arrangement is shockingly similar to the original Stravinsky work, maintaining the piece's full sound, but remaining within the reach of most high school groups. In this setting, Andrew Balent gives us a reduced version of the Infernal Dance, followed by the beautiful and memorable finale. A challenging work, but well worth the effort.
[DE]Dieses Arrangement ist dem Originalwerk von Strawinsky erschreckend ähnlich. Es behält den vollen Klang des Stücks bei, bleibt aber in der Reichweite der meisten Highschool-Gruppen. Andrew Balent gibt uns in dieser Fassung eine reduzierte Version des Höllentanzes, gefolgt von dem wunderschönen und denkwürdigen Finale. Ein anspruchsvolles Werk, das aber die Mühe wert ist.
