Teil I' schrieb Henk Ummels einen würdigen Nachfolger. In diesem zweiten Teil hört man nacheinander die Hits 'Think', 'Minnie the Moocher' und 'I'm a Soul Man'. Dieses Arrangement ist für 'Flexible Winds' geschrieben, das heißt für eine fünfstimmige flexible Besetzung, damit jedes Jugendorchester ungeachtet der Besetzung einen vollwertigen Klang realisieren kann.

Due to the success of Henk Ummels' arrangement 'The Best of the Blues Brothers' he wrote a sequel which should be equally successful. This part includes the hits 'Think', 'Minnie the Moocher' and 'I'm a Soul man'. This work is written for 'Flexible Winds', a five-part flexible instrumentation, allowing any beginning youth band to create a full sound from the very start.

Elle comprend les succès 'Think', 'Minnie the Moocher' et 'I'm a Soulman'.
