Après Johann Sebastian Bach, Martin Stadtfeld se consacre maintenant à Georg Friedrich Haendel : Pour « Händel Variations », il a arrangé des compositions célèbres de différentes périodes créatrices du maître baroque pour piano. Les pièces apparaissent parfois intimes et puristes, comme dans Laschia ch'io pianga, puis à nouveau énergétiques, comme dans les Variations Sarabande. L'album convient à tous ceux qui cherchent de la littérature virtuose exigeante pour le concert, mais peut aussi être utilisé très bien dans les cours de piano avancés. Il ouvre une vision très individuelle de la musique de Haendel par le pianiste Martin Stadtfeld. L'enregistrement des Variations de Haendel par Martin Stadtfeld a été publié par Sony Classical en 2019.
