Time for Celebration was commissioned by the Norwegian School Band, Søreide & Sandsli Skolekorps (SSS) for their 50th Anniversary.
The piece is written in four movements: I. Fanfare, II. Toccata, III. In Memories of Great Times, IV. Festivity - A Celebration.
The thematic work is based on the initials of the band, three similar letters (represented in the music): Three similar tones.

[NO]Time for Celebration ble skrevet til Søreide og Sandsli Skolekorps (SSS) i anledning korpsets 50-årsjubileum i 2011. Stykket er delt inn i fire satser: I. Fanfare, II. Toccata, III. In Memories of Great Times, IV. Festivity - A Celebration
Stykket er basert på to temaer tilknyttet korpsets initialer SSS (oversatt til notebildet): Tre like noter.
