Innuendo is the initial track of the eponymous Queen album of 1991. It was the first hit extracted from the album, reaching the top spot on the UK Singles Chart in January of that year. The track is characterized by a large contamination of styles: while the verses and the chorus are in a hard rock time (with some symphonic elements), the middle section has elements of Flamenco, operetta and progressive rock, making great use of virtuosities, odd times and overdubs.

Innuendo est le premier numéro de l'album du même nom du groupe Queen de 1991. C'était le premier hit-single de l'album, qui arrivait en tête du hitparade Britannique en janvier de cette année. Le numéro se caractérise par le mix de différents styles : couplets et refrains sont en mesure hard rock avec quelques éléments symphoniques, mais au milieu on trouve du Flamenco, de l'opérette et du rock progressif, avec une utilisation exubérant de virtuosité, mesures asymétriques et overdubs.

Innuendo is het eerste nummer van het gelijknamige Queen album uit 1991. Het was de eerste hitsingle van dit album en kwam in januari van dat jaar op nummer 1 van de Britse singles-lijst. Het nummer kenmerkt zich door een mix van verschillende stijlen : coupletten en refrein staan in een hardrock maat, met wat symfonische elementen, maar in het middendeel vinden we Flamenco, operette en progressieve rock terug, met uitbundig gebruik van virtuositeit, ongelijke maatsoorten en overdubs.
