Menu for wind band is a work divided into three movements, which are related to the development and tasting of a good gastronomic menu. The titles of these movements (L'Apéritif, La spécialité du Chef and American pie, le grand finale) are related to the content, character and rhythm of each dish prepared for this original menu: a short but intense starter, a main dish with different textures but very consistent, and a good dessert with a lot of flavour and a lot of rhythm.

Menu for wind band est un morceau divisé en trois mouvements, analogues au développement et au goût d'un bon menu gastronomique. Les titres de ces mouvements (L'Apéritif, La spécialité du Chef et American pie, le grand finale) sont en relation avec le contenu, caractère et rythme de chaque plat préparé pour ce menu original: une entrée courte mais intense, un plat principal avec des textures différentes mais très consistent, et un bon dessert avec beaucoup de saveur et de rythme.

Menu for wind band is een driedelig stuk gebaseerd op het verloop en de smaak van een gastronomisch menu. De titels (L'Apéritif, La spécialité du Chef en American pie, de grootse finale) hebben te maken met inhoud, karakter en ritme van elk van de hier geprepareerde gangen: een kort maar intens voorafje, een machtig hoofdgerecht met verschillende texturen, en een lekker dessert met veel smaak en ritme.
