Arthur De Greef (1862 - 1940) was a Belgian composer and pianist. Among his works are piano concertos, the 'Fantasy on Flemish Folk-Songs' for Piano and Orchestra, vocal works and several suites for orchestra. One of these suites is the 'Flanders Suite d'Orchestre' which was composed in 1900. 'Orientale' is one of the movements this suite.
