Iceland - the land of elves and trolls - can amaze travelers with its impressive and diverse landscapes. This work opens majestically to reflect the rugged mountainous landscapes of the island. A large part of the country is also formed by sweeping regions with vast meadows covered with flowers. Perhaps a visitor of Iceland might be even able to witness the elves teasing one or two trolls.

L'Islande - le pays des elfes et des trolls - émerveille le visiteur par ses paysages impressionnants et variés. Ainsi, cette uvre débute par une ouverture majestueuse, représentant les paysages montagneux accidentés de l'île. Mais une grande partie du pays présente également des étendues de terre incurvées de vastes prairies fleuries. Et peut-être qu'un voyageur en Islande pourra observer les elfes taquiner les trolls.

IJsland - het land van elfjes en trollen - kan de bezoeker met indrukwekkende en gevarieerde landschappen doen versteld staan. Zo begint het werk met een majestueuze opening, die de ruige berglandschappen van het eiland weerspiegelen. Echter, ook golvende gouwen met brede, bloemrijke graslanden prijken grotendeels in het land. Heel misschien kan een IJslander opmerken hoe de elfen een of andere trol aan het plagen zijn.
