Jorge L. Vargas Komponist / Arrangeur
Jorge Vargas ist seit vielen Jahren an der Spitze der Mariachi-Bildungsbewegung in Texas. Er ist Absolvent der University of Texas-San Antonio mit einem Abschluss in Musikpädagogik, und er hat auch seinen Master-Abschluss in Pädagogik mit einem Hauptzertifikat der Lamar University.
Obwohl er hauptsächlich für das Mariachi-Ensemble komponiert und arrangiert, hat Vargas auch für Marching Band, Konzertband und jetzt auch Streichorchester komponiert und arrangiert.
Jorge ist derzeit Headband Director und Mariachi Director an der Memorial Junior High School in Eagle Pass, Texas.
