Geburtsdatum: 10.12.1944
Clark Andy geb. in Tulsa, Oklahoma, 10. Dezember 1944. Nach dem Studium am Northwestern State College trat er 1967 als Posaunist, Schlagzeuger und Arrangeur in die Continental Air Command Band in Robins Air Force Base in Georgia ein. 1971 verließ er den Militärmusikdienst, um als Schulinspektor und Blasorchesterdirigent in Rose Hill, Kansas, zu arbeiten. 1976 gründete er die Norman Lee Publishing Company, die 1988 vom Verlag Barnhouse übernommen wurde. Clark schrieb nicht nur zahlreiche Kompositionen für Blasorchester sondern veröffentlichte auch pädagogische Werke.
