Thierry Deleruyelle composer / arranger

Thierry Deleruyelle is a French composer, conductor and percussionist who studied at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris (CNSM). He was awarded prizes for percussion, harmony, counterpoint, fugue and forms and degrees in analysis and orchestration. It confirms the Higher Diploma in Education (DFS) of Sacred Scripture and Percussion Class Honours unanimously.
His compositions are required to work with renowned artists and be recorded on CD with various orchestras. He writes for orchestra, concertos, chamber music works and soloist. He won the 1st prize in the international competition of the composition of Saint-Amand (France - 2005) and Haize Berriak (Spain - 2009). Among his many commissions, he wrote the game of the European Brass Band Contest in 2016, championship section
Also as a conductor, he leads various orchestras invitation as well as the Orchestre Voltige, of which he is a founding member and artistic director. He is a professor of percussion and orchestration at the Douai conservatory, where he comes from.
