Marcel Lasalmonie (Le Grand-Madieu, 26 June 1905 - Beaulieu-sur-Sonnette, 22 November 1983) was a French composer, music teacher and conductor.

Lasalmonie received his musical training in the French military. He later became chief conductor with the military rank of captain of the wind orchestra (La Musique de la Légion Étrangère) and the choir ("Choeur de la Légion Étrangère" and "Choeur de la Légion étrangère de parachutistes") of the French Foreign Legion (French: Légion étrangère). He was also (guest) conductor of the Fanfare de Cavalerie de la Garde Républicaine .

Lasalmonie composed a whole series of marching songs and concert works for the music corps and choir of this French legion. He was married to Marie-Yvonne Lehoux (1908-2003); together they had three children.
