Siegfried Fink's composition was inspired by Adolf Luther's spherical hollow mirror objects in the ?Mönchshaus Museum of Modern Art in Goslar. In his preface, he writes: The concave and convex surfaces of the mirrors present constantly changing images as the observers position changes, giving rise to a visual dialogue. The melodic, rhythmic and sound patterns are intended to convey the interplay of mirror images. Tablature for percussion: bass drum, 2 congas, snare drum, 2 bongos, 4 temple blocks, cymbal, cowbell.

Les objets sphériques à miroirs concaves d' Adolf Luther exposés au Musée d'Art Moderne Mönchshaus de Goslar ont inspiré Siegfried Fink cette composition. Il écrit dans son avant-propos: Les lentilles convexes et concaves des miroirs offrent à l'observateur changeant de position une perpétuelle modification menant à un dialogue visuel. Les modèles mélodiques, rythmiques et sonores jouent en quelque sorte le rôle des angles de réflexion des lentilles.
