BLUE HÖRN est un divertimento pour cor, conçu comme une uvre solo, sans perdre son essence symphonique. La partie centrale, douce et harmonieuse, se veut un hommage à un corniste exceptionnel. Et met cet instrument polyvalent sous les feux de la rampe. Le nom est la combinaison de l'instrument solo et du nom de l'animal de compagnie du corniste (bleu). La ponctuation au-dessus du 'Ö' ajoute une touche de style et de personnalité.

BLUE HÖRN is een divertimento voor hoorn, opgevat als een solowerk, zonder de symfonische essentie te verliezen. De centrale, zachte en harmonieuze partij is bedoeld als een eerbetoon aan een bijzondere hoornspeler. En zet dit veelzijdige instrument in de schijnwerpers. De naam is de combinatie van het solo-instrument en de naam van het huisdier van de hoornspeler (blue). De leestekens boven de Ö voegen een vleugje stijl en persoonlijkheid toe.
