This song is taken from the television advent calender "Jul i Blåfjell" ("Christmas in the Blue Mountains") produced by Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (NRK) in 1999. It was a huge success which later led to theatrical productions and a successor "Jul på Månetoppen" (2002).
Mamsen and Lillegutt (two of the characters in the series) are the two garbage handlers in the village of which the action takes place.
This is a real "happy tune" for Christmas and should be played in a good mood and with a lot of extrovert.
