Lloyd Edgar Conley (geb. 8. März 1924, Rogers City, Mich. - 2. November 2019, Rogers City, Mich.) war ein amerikanischer Komponist und Bandleader.
Conley spielte Posaune in der Rogers City High School Band und in der örtlichen Gemeindeband. Er erwarb Abschlüsse an der Central Michigan University und der Michigan State University. Noch während seiner Highschool-Zeit spielte er professionell und diente während des Zweiten Weltkriegs in der 440th U.S.A.A.F. Band.
Zwischen 1950 und 1979 unterrichtete Conley in den Städten Harbor Springs und Greenville in Michigan und schließlich in Clare, wo er 25 Jahre lang lehrte. Ab 1963 arbeitete er als Redakteur bei der Kendor Music Company und widmete sich ganz dem Komponieren von Musik für Schulgruppen.
Er veröffentlichte insgesamt über 600 Titel. Lloyd wurde 1971 Mitglied von ASCAP und erhielt 14 Auszeichnungen von dieser Organisation. Zu seinen Talenten gehörte auch das Stimmen von Klavieren.
