Sinfonietta No. 2 Philip Sparke

This three-movement suite was commissioned by the National Youth Wind Orchestra of Great Britain and first performed by them in August 1992. The Overture is lively and bustling, the Serenade provides a calm central movement and the vivacious Finale has a slower middle section. Each of the movements will stand alone and can be performed seperately.
