Der belgische Trompeter Paul Voet gründete 1995 den Brass Band Panta Rhei Gent mit dem er verschiedene nationale und internationale Erfolge erhalten hat. Als Freelance Musiker komponiert er auch für Brass Band. Außer der Suite 'Global Reunion' gibt es nun diese von der Volksmusik der Niederlande inspirierten 'Counterdances from the Lowlands'.
