Originally published as the second movement of a 5 movement suite for 4 part cello orchestra and double bass. This selection has been arranged as an alto saxophone solo with band accompaniment. The solo is written in 6/8 meter with the eighth note equal to 72 - 76. It is a gentle, restrained and quiet piece. A harp part is provided and may be played by a
synthesizer with a good harp "stop" or a piano if played discreetly.
